How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Orders in India are typically delivered in around 5–8 working days, depending on the shipping address and other factors such as public holidays, extreme weather conditions, and other circumstances.
In some rare cases, delivery may take up to 2 weeks, depending upon product availability.
In parts of Jammu & Kashmir and North-East India, delivery may take up to 10 working days.

Which courier companies are used to deliver the product?
Our products may be shipped through Delhivery, Xpressbees, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, or other suitable courier partners depending on the delivery PIN code.
What will happen if tracking details show a product delivered but the customer has not received it?
It is a rare case as the product may have been received by family members, neighbours, flatmates, or delivered to an office/security/mail room.
In genuine cases, we will investigate the matter with our courier partner. The investigation may take up to 10 working days.
If you receive a delivery notification but have not received the product, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving the notification. We will immediately raise the issue with our courier partner and work towards resolving it.
After the mentioned timeline, it may be difficult for us to take action.
